James Collini

Jim Collini, AIF

Senior Vice President/Investments; Branch Manager

Jim began his investment industry career in 1992 and joined Stifel in 2008. Prior to Stifel, Jim served in various management roles at several S&P 500 corporations, primarily focusing on retirement planning. He works closely with wealthy individuals and their families and helps employers develop retirement planning strategies for their employees. Jim earned a B.S. and B.B.A. from Western Michigan University in 1978.

Passionate about his community, Jim has volunteered with several charitable organizations spanning many years. He serves as a board member for Friends of Camp Concord and as vice president of the Charles Reid Foundation. He also supports CASA of Contra Costa County and Rock the CASA Foundation.

Jim has been married to his wife, Karilyn, since 1991. Together, they have two children, Andre and Olivia. In his spare time, Jim enjoys swimming, golfing, listening to music, and spending time with his family.

Carl Manna

Carl Manna

Carl began his investment industry career in 1987 and joined Stifel in 2008. He serves high-net-worth individuals and their families by developing and implementing wealth management strategies designed to help accumulate, preserve, and transfer his clients’ wealth. His commitment is to provide personalized guidance and outstanding service to all of his clients and their families. Carl earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Pace University in New York City and began his career as a financial advisor that very same year.

Carl has been a member of the Rotary Club of Walnut Creek since 1999, serving the club in various roles and earning multiple Paul Harris Fellows recognitions. Now that he is a full-time resident of Scottsdale, Arizona, he respectfully resigned his membership in Walnut Creek and joined the North Scottsdale Rotary Club. He is also an avid supporter of Friends of Camp Concord, CASA of Contra Costa County, and the Charles Reid Foundation.

Carl has been married to his wife, Stephanie, since 1994 and has two sons, Matthew and Andrew. When not in the office, Carl enjoys playing golf and bocce ball or simply kicking back to watch his beloved New York Mets.

Andrew Manna

Andrew began his investment industry career in 2021 and joined Stifel in 2024. Prior to joining Stifel, he worked at a registered investment adviser firm in San Diego in their centralized planning department, creating holistic wealth management plans for clients. Andrew focuses on fully understanding clients’ goals and aspirations so he can build a wealth management strategy tailored uniquely to them. He believes it is important to set investment objectives and guidelines for his clients to help them pursue their short- and long-term goals.

Andrew earned a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University. He holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification.

Andrew is a member of the Paradise Valley Toastmasters club. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing golf, cooking, and watching the New York Mets.

Christy Perimon

Christy began her financial services career in 1996 and has had experience in a variety of roles throughout the years. She joined the team in 2000 and has played an integral role in building client relationships and serving clients’ account-related needs.

Outside the office, Christy loves to cook and spend time outdoors. She keeps herself busy camping, fishing, and riding four wheelers with her husband, Josh, and their three sons, Tristen, Trent, and Trace.

Denise has more than 30 years of experience in back office life insurance and annuity operations. Joining Stifel in 2018, she assists the team in building client relationships, serving client account-related needs, and working on special projects. Denise holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. 

Denise and her husband, John, have four children and four grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys watching hockey, reading, and spending time with her family.

Jo El brings multiple years of combined experience in financial services and client relations, beginning her career in 1991. Her background spans Wealth Management, Personal Banking, and Fashion Consulting, including serving as a Store Manager for a local boutique. With her exceptional client service skills and attention to detail, Jo‑El plays a key role in helping the Collini‑Manna Wealth Advisory Group deliver a truly white‑glove experience to every client.

Originally from Wisconsin, Jo‑El relocated to Arizona to be closer to her son and granddaughter and to enjoy the sunshine. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and is an active member of her church, where she teaches Sunday School and participates in a Community Group. Her passion for fashion continues to be a meaningful part of her life.
